CHIMIRO 서울 공연 관련 불법적인 경로를 통해 티켓 대리 구매 신고가 심각할 정도에 이르러

이에 따른 회사 측의 방침에 대해 알려드립니다.

본 공연 입장에 앞서, 현장에서 실제 예매자와의 확인 작업을 진행하며

신분 확인이 되지 않을 경우 즉각 퇴장 조치되고 공식 팬클럽(CRI-J) 회원 탈퇴 및 영구적으로 가입이 제재됩니다.

아래의 상세사항을 꼭 확인해 주시기 바랍니다.

1. 국내 결제의 경우

* 카드 결제에 이용한 실물 카드를 반드시 지참하시길 바랍니다. (타인 카드 불가)

* 카드 명세서를 프린트하여 지참하시길 바랍니다.

* 본인 확인이 가능한 실물 신분증(주민등록증, 운전면허증, 의료보험증, 여권 등)을 반드시 지참하시길 바랍니다.

* 현장에서 티켓 예매에 이용한 카드 명의와 관람자의 실물 신분증이 일치하여야만 입장이 가능하며

   확인이 불가하거나 미일치 시 공연 관람이 불가합니다.

결제 내역 명의와 신분증의 정보가 일치하지 않을 경우, 불법적인 경로로 티켓을 취득한 것으로 간주하여

공연 관람 불가, 공식 팬클럽(CRI-J) 회원 탈퇴 및 영구적으로 가입이 제재됩니다.

공정한 공연 문화를 위해 엄격한 규정에 대한 양해 부탁드리겠습니다.

2. 해외 결제의 경우 (GLOBAL)

• * Information in the red circles must be included.
• * You must bring the card you used to buy the ticket.
• * Be prepared to show your card, invoice, and ID.
• * Staffs will compare the name of ticket holder, name on card, and PayPal invoice.
• * When you booked tickets for two, all of the ticket holders must accompany to check the credentials.

• * Information in the red circles must be included
• * Staffs will check whether the sender’s name corresponds to the name on ID
• * Other IDs with accurate credentials are available as well
• * When you booked tickets for two, all of the ticket holders must accompany to check the credentials

If your name on the invoice and credentials do not correspond,

we will regard it as an illegal acquisition of ticket denying the admission,

cancelling the membership and permanently prohibiting a new sign-up.

For the fairness of concert culture, please understand the strict regulations.

3. 해외 결제의 경우 (JAPAN)

• * 決済時に使用した、本人名義のクレジットカードの持参必須

* 上記のクレジットカードと身分証明書、PayPal利用明細書を提示

* 会場にてクレジットカードの名義、身分証明書及びPayPal利用明細の氏名照合にて本人確認

口座振込の場合

 

• * 必ず丸を付けた部分の情報が含まれていること

* 依頼人の氏名と身分証の氏名の一致を確認

• * 旅券以外本人を証明できる身分証でも可

明細書の依頼人名と身分証の氏名が一致しない場合、

転売方法からチケットを取得したことに見なし会場の入場不可に加え、

ファンクラブ会員資格の剥奪及び永久に再加入を禁止します。
